The Project takes place in different SCHOOLS lasting 6 months or 1 year. There are 04 workshops that work on the sense of entrepreneurship, innovation and instigate creativity to adapt to the “new world” and generate income in a sustainable way, stimulating CIRCULAR ECONOMY. All workshops are related to “SKILLS OF THE FUTURE” so that at the end of the project groups can develop a new business based on what they have learned.

WORKSHOP FOR TEACHERS

Meetings will be organized with teachers throughout the year to implement new businesses and train high school students to enter the job market. An NTICS educator will do the training by leaving legacy material as a support guide for the teacher to work as a multiplying agent for the project.

THE 05 WORKSHOPS WORKED ON THE PROJECT

1) HOW TO LEARN

The workshop “HOW TO LEARN” seeks to teach students in a practical way that small habits inserted in the routine can generate productivity and stimulate the “AUTO DE DATA” function of the human being.

The educator suggests a theme and each student has to develop a brief “methodology” on how to better absorb the content. At the end, there will be a discussion that each student contributes and the teacher guides the appropriate methodology for learning.

2) HOW DOES THE MARKET WORK?

In this workshop, students will make a brief review with the educator about the works in the Middle and Contemporary Ages, comparing the professions of old with the current ones.

First, in an individual dynamic, they will answer these questions, and then share their 03 main skills with the room. The student must choose a classmate to give his opinion about 03 skills of the friend who indicated him.

3) DEVELOPING 05 SKILLS OF THE FUTURE

In this workshop students learn that in order to reach the 04 forces it is necessary to develop 05 SKILLS OF THE FUTURE. To occupy your role in society and actually BE HUMAN, alignment with a purpose is needed – stimulating cognitive senses to develop these skills.

A dynamic about each intelligence to stimulate CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION.

4) CREATING A BUSINESS OF THE FUTURE!

The 4th workshop invites students to put into practice everything they have learned about the 04 strengths and skills of the future developed CREATING A PROJECT as a legacy for the community that generates income in a sustainable way. They will receive a model for structuring the project they are studying: the scenario / community, a problem or need, a sustainable business as an intelligent solution.

5) CONTEST: BUSINESS OF THE FUTURE!

At the end of the project at an IDEAS FAIR students present the new projects developed as a legacy for their community. The best project of each school participates in an event “CONTEST BUSINESS OF THE FUTURE” inside a Gymnasium competing for prizes (Tablet for each of the students and teachers responsible for the best project).
