In 2002, NTICS emerged with the purpose of contributing to the transformation of a more sustainable society.
The development and implementation of projects that promote change processes wherever they go and the democratization of access to methodologies and tools are premises that guide our work. Each year we have reflected on the importance of our role, as a transforming agent and that seeks to involve stakeholders in the projects. For three years, we have deepened our projects on topics related to the Sustainable Development Goals and, in 2018, we directed efforts regarding the alignment of projects to the SDGs proposed by the UN (United Nations) in Brazil and the USA.
This has created a differential in our projects, in the way we operate and impact the communities where we operate. With education, culture and sport, environment, social and events projects, we work in partnership with organizations aligned with the global commitment to a more sustainable society. The look towards simplification of processes, the design of projects with defined goals, objectives and indicators before starting the execution, has brought many gains in productivity.
Oriented to culture and the arts, which considers different artistic languages, it is concerned with guaranteeing and expanding the cultural practices of society. Activities that aim to guarantee access and / or extend it to the population can also be considered projects of this nature. Examples of books, research for publication, organization of workshops, organization of art exhibitions, presentation of plays and festivals are some examples.
In 2018, we officially signed in NY the pact of the 10 UN principles to management practices and business relationships, committing ourselves to reporting through reports the actions being taken in the company and in the projects.
In 2018, we adhered to the Business Movement's Commitment to Integrity and Transparency Charter, where we understand the importance of integrity and transparency in the fight against corruption.
Our projects are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals that are part of the UN 2030 Agenda for the sustainable development of the world.
Since 2018, we have planted native plants wherever our projects go, seeking to combat global warming and making society aware of the importance of environmental restoration.
